75g dried quinoa
120g frozen mixed berries
200ml unsweetened almond milk
1tsp ground cinnamon
Extra water for cooking if required
In a saucepan add quinoa and milk and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat, add the cinnamon and simmer for about 15 minutes until quinoa is tender.
Turn off the heat and stir in frozen berries. Leave to rest for a further couple of minutes.
Place in a bowl, add a dollop of 0% Greek yoghurt for extra protein.
Tip: This makes a great post-training meal, delicious eaten hot or cold.
