Serves: Makes 6 burgers

500g 7% turkey thigh mince
100g or 2 beetroot, cooked and diced
90g feta cheese, diced
1 tbsp dried mixed herbs
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 egg, beaten
tsp pink Himalayan salt
Preheat the oven to 200C (fan 180).
Prepare all ingredients then combine together in a bowl.
Using your hands, divide the mixture into six equal burgers.
Transfer to a baking tray before placing in the oven to cook for about 25 - 30 minutes.
Serve with fresh green salad leaves.

• Using your kitchen scales weigh your burger mixture
• Divide the total amount by the number of burgers you want
• Then weigh out each burger separately before forming burger shapes
